YT Alchemy is an all-in-one platform for managing and scaling content workflows. Capture ideas, write scripts, plan deadlines, test thumbnails and titles, follow your analytics, and keep your whole team working from one place.
Every video moves through six stages. Each one has its own color on the Calendar and the Workflow Board, so you can see where every video stands at a glance.
Open Channels & Team to add channels and manage the people who work on them. If you have access to more than one channel, switch between them with the channel selector at the top of the screen.
Videos, packages, and your calendar.
Go to Videos to add a new video or open an existing one. In the video editor you can change the title, description, and other details. Tap Save changes when you're done. To remove a video, open it and tap the trash icon.
A package pairs one thumbnail with one title. Add several packages to the same video to compare options side by side or A/B test them. To add one, open the video and tap Add in the Thumbnail & Title Packages section.
Paste a Loom link where you explain the idea behind a video. Editors, designers, and anyone else working on it get the full context before they start.
The Calendar only shows videos that have a deadline. Open the video, add a deadline, and it will appear on that date in the color of its current stage.
Passwords, email, and signing out.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address you signed up with. We'll email you a link to create a new password. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Tap Sign Out at the top right of the screen. You can sign back in at any time with the same account.
Email us from the address that's currently on your account and tell us the new one you'd like to use. We'll update it and confirm by email.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. See Delete your account for the steps and what happens to your data.
Control when YT Alchemy alerts you.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > Notifications > YT Alchemy and turn Allow Notifications on or off. You can also choose whether alerts show as banners, play a sound, or add a badge to the app icon.

Where your work is saved.
Yes. Your workspace is stored in the cloud, so your videos, ideas, tasks, and calendar stay up to date on every device where you sign in with the same account.
Yes. YT Alchemy needs an internet connection to load your workspace and save your changes. If something won't load, check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection and try again.
No. Deleting the app from your device doesn't delete your account or anything in it. Download YT Alchemy again, sign in, and your workspace will be right where you left it. To remove your data permanently, delete your account instead.

You can permanently delete your YT Alchemy account and the data in it at any time.
Email support@ytalchemy.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll confirm the request is yours and delete the account for you.
